Attorney Billy Sun, Partner at Pontis Law, Invited as Lecturer for the “2024 Professional Training Program for Promoting Private Participation in Public Infrastructure Projects”

Commissioned by the Ministry of Finance, the Office of Continuing and Extension Education of Tamkang University organized the “2024 Professional Training Program for Promoting Private Participation in Public Infrastructure Projects.” On March 6, 2024, our Partner, Attorney Billy Sun, was invited to deliver a lecture on “Key Elements of Solicitation Documents and Investment Agreements,” during which he introduced the structure and model clauses of solicitation documents for PPP projects and shared practical case-handling experience. The session was met with lively and enthusiastic discussion.
