The Taiwan Society of Construction Law held a Taiwan Society of Construction Law Symposium on December 18, 2024, inviting several seasoned experts and scholars in the field of engineering law to deliver keynote presentations. Our firm’s Hank Chen was honored to be among the invited speakers and delivered a lecture titled “Criminal Issues in Government Procurement,” where he introduced the criminal liability provisions under the Government Procurement Act and provided an overview of related offenses.
