Pontis Law, in collaboration with the Taiwan Jewelry Arts Institute and TutorABC, will launch the “Legal and Regulatory Risks in the Jewelry and Precious Metals Industry” lecture series, officially commencing on September 5, 2017.
Attorneys Billy Sun and Hung-Ming Hsieh of Pontis Law delivered a lecture and engaged in lively discussions with leading professionals from the jewelry industry on the topic of “Copyright Infringement Issues Related to Jewelry Designs in the Jewelry and Precious Metals Industry.” The event was met with an enthusiastic response, reflecting a shared hope that Pontis Law can contribute meaningfully to the development of Taiwan’s jewelry sector.
The lecture series consists of three additional sessions, each equally anticipated:

- September 26: “Building Risk Management Awareness through Insurance and Safeguards for the Industry”
