Kevin Cheng is a founding partner at Pontis Law. Mr. Cheng is an experienced litigator and has been handling many high-profile cases. In relation to non-litigation cases, Mr. Cheng is familiar with corporate markets and has extensive experience in handling commercial legal matters. He served as a supervisor in a listed company. He also serves as legal counsel of many high-profile companies, providing legal service concerning corporate and securities, real estate, labor law, IP laws, M&A and product sales. Mr. Cheng specializes in formulating strategies with a comprehensive perspective of legal expertise and co-developing desirable resolutions with clients, which makes him highly trusted by clients. In addition to his practice, Mr. Cheng is enthusiastic about public affairs. Having served as director of local bar associations, he is Vice General Secretary of Taiwan Bar Association.
