Jackco Huang is a senior attorney at Pontis Law. He specializes in handling general civil and criminal cases, insurance disputes, Contests for Corporate Control, shareholder disputes, securities transaction matters, cases involving financial holding companies, banks, private equity funds, and investment trust and consulting firms, as well as cross-border mergers and acquisitions of foreign companies in Taiwan, tender offers and investments of publicly listed companies.
